Nanthe was founded by Dr. Fernanda Wessels, cultural anthropologist and independent entrepreneur.
Nanthe is a culinary consultancy for applied anthropology. Our theme is the wonderful diversity of cooking and eating habits in the Netherlands.
Based on the knowledge and insights from social science research into food cultures, we offer the following products and services:
workshops and lectures on various food cultures in the Netherlands,
multicultural cooking with an emphasis on healthy and delicious dishes,
publications of articles columns and blogs about eating and cooking habits in the Netherlands,
teaching modules for primary, secondary and higher education on healthy diets,
advice on healthy, delicious multicultural food,
